Refund Policy

PPT does not offer refunds. If you become unhappy with or unavailable for your 12-week program with Val Fiott at any point, you’ll have the option of canceling the remainder of the program to end any remaining $1000 monthly charges. Val Fiott or any other PPT provider will reserve any requested appointment time(s) for you. If you become unavailable for any scheduled appointment(s), it may not be eligible for reschedule and may be debited to your account.

Safety and Informed Consent

Exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching always contain some element of miscommunication or risk. PPT and Val Fiott are not responsible for the unlikely event of any injuries or accidents arising from your program.
